Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery cost
- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £50
The delivery cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are no handling fees, customs charges or import duties added on top — the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7-12 working days from dispatch.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 8-14 working days.
Some of our stock ships from our overseas supplier, which is why delivery takes longer than a UK high street retailer. We'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you after you've ordered.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2-3 days to start updating after dispatch — that's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.
If you haven't received tracking within 5 working days of ordering, email help@getrufftop.com and we'll chase it.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally deliveries are held up by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. If your order is running late, get in touch and we'll find out what's happening.
If we haven't delivered within 30 days, you're entitled to cancel and receive a full refund including any delivery charge you paid.
Lost or damaged parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it's physically in your hands. If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email help@getrufftop.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to chase the courier yourself.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll always try to help.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email help@getrufftop.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched we'll sort it. If it has, you can still return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds and delivery charges
If you cancel your order under your 14-day right to cancel, we'll refund the product price and the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
